Architect / Principal-In-Charge
​​​Ricardo Bargas, AIA has more than 40 years of experience in architectural services for municipal, government, industrial, commercial, sports arenas, performing arts facilities, hotel/resort facilities, and healthcare projects.  As Principal-In-Charge, Bargas is responsible for overseeing all phases of a project. He maintains open communication with the client through regularly scheduled meetings and oversees the implantation of each phase of design and construction. His responsibilities include coordination of the design, production and specifications teams as well as numerous consultants. He regularly monitors project progress and costs, while maintaining work conformance with project schedules, and budget requirements until the project is completed.
